CRG Residential is in Glen Ellyn, IL transforming the exterior of Parkside Apartments. The eight-building property has brick veneer siding along the middle stretches of each building with lap siding sandwiching each end. The Exteriors team is replacing all the existing siding (pictured at the top) with James Hardie lap siding and painting it blue to give a fresh look to the community.
In addition to the new siding, the crews are replacing the fascia, soffits, and trim on each building. For the brick veneer middle, they have removed shudders on all the windows and trimmed them with Hardie siding for better ventilation. To finish, they are painting the brick gray to compliment the new blue siding (pictured at the bottom).
Work began in July 2022 and is expected to wrap up in December.
