The community will have 290 apartment homes and 50,000 square feet of common area. The residents will also have 316 parking spaces as well as 66 tuck-under garages. CRG Residential is acting as a developer and general contractor for the $33.3 million endeavor that will be the home to twelve new apartment buildings on the southwest corner of 161st St. and Spring Mill Road.
