Christopher Reid
Chief Executive Officer
Chris Reid has been involved in the construction industry his entire career, starting with exteriors repairs and growing his organization into a multifamily leader in development and renovations across the Eastern United States. As CEO, Chris is responsible for the overall construction operations and organization strategy, bringing an experienced eye to troubleshooting, design value engineering, and site operational procedures. He is regularly involved in the review of construction design and scheduling details for major projects.

Dave Powers
PRESIDENT
Dave Powers began his career with CRG Residential as the Chief Financial Officer for seven years before transitioning to President. As the CFO, he focused on CRG Residential’s financial operations. As President, Powers’ duties include oversight of CRG’s financial operations/strategy, real estate development operations, asset management and capital markets activities. With a background as the Vice President of Finance for PulteGroup Inc., Dave’s expertise includes real estate development investment knowledge across the Midwest.

Mark Thompson
VICE PRESIDENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
Mark Thompson leads CRG Residential’s Redevelopment division on projects spanning from Texas to New York. With decades of construction management experience, Mark leads oversight on preliminary estimating, construction planning, and value engineering. Mark has been with CRG Residential since 2001 and has played an integral role in the Redevelopment program’s success.

Joe Langebartels
VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION
Joe Langebartels oversees the construction projects at CRG Residential. With decades of experience, he uses his expertise to manage new construction, rehabilitation, and historic renovation of multifamily communities. Joe joined CRG Residential in 2000 as a Project Manager and has since successfully completed hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of construction projects for the organization.

Matt Stump
VICE PRESIDENT OF NEW CONSTRUCTION
Matt Stump heads the New Construction division at CRG Residential, using his vast experience in design, value engineering, procurement, bidding, and execution to oversee projects from start to finish. Matt has been recognized for securing clients due to his decades of industry and project cycle expertise. Matt additionally has a background in commercial projects, aiding in the mixed-use development projects he now manages.

VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT
David George leads the Development division and plays a crucial role in negotiating public-private partnerships and managing development efforts at CRG Residential. David previously served as an elected member of the City Council of Fishers, IN, a suburban community of 100,000 residents from 2003-2022. His experience in real estate development and engineering spans the country from Washington to North Carolina.

Jeff Eynon
NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Jeff Eynon heads the Sales division of CRG Residential as the National Sales Director. Jeff plays an essential role in securing construction projects across the Eastern United States for the Exteriors and Redevelopment divisions from new and existing clients. Prior to joining CRG Residential in 2012, Jeff founded Dee Lance Management in Dallas, TX, leading the rehab and repositioning of thousands of units across the Southeast and Midwest.

John Lassaux
John Lassaux focuses on sourcing new multifamily development and investment opportunities as a Director of Development for CRG Residential. He leads the process from site selection and design through lease up and stabilization. In addition to completing both urban-infill and suburban multifamily development projects prior to joining CRG Residential, John also brings a strong background of understanding the capital markets sector and the ability to structure strategic partnerships for projects.

Ross Merder
Ross Merder serves as a Director of Development for CRG Residential with a primary focus on deal sourcing, planning, entitlement, financial analysis, and overall management of the development process from inception to stabilization. Prior to joining the organization, Ross was a Development Director with Herman & Kittle Properties.

Dave Langebartels
DIRECTOR OF REDEVELOPMENT
Dave Langebartels brings valuable insight to the Redevelopment division with his vast experience in the construction industry. Dave was instrumental in developing CRG Residential’s R.A.P.I.D. Occupied Renovation program and currently serves as the Director of Redevelopment, overseeing all R.A.P.I.D. projects. He successfully leads the Project Managers through estimating, contract negotiations, scheduling, and project execution.

Eric Webb
DIRECTOR OF EXTERIORS
Eric Webb started at CRG Residential as a project manager in 2002 before he became the Senior Estimator for Exteriors. He has been an integral part of creating and sustaining relationships with clients and growing the department over the years through his work on many projects. He has specialized in all exterior products and services including roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors, and decks. As Director of Exteriors, he oversees the management of projects, scheduling, and estimating.

Brett Hodson
DIRECTOR OF EXTERIORS
Brett Hodson leads the Exteriors division on projects spanning the Midwest and up and down the East Coast, focusing on operations, planning, and overseeing of the Project Lifecycles, working on both New Construction and Redevelopment projects. Prior to joining CRG in 2019, Brett spent time as a Project Manager in residential and commercial construction.

Tim Roberts
Tim Roberts oversees the Pre-Construction division at CRG Residential, focusing on planning, drawing, and budgeting for new multifamily developments, both garden style and mixed-used. Prior to joining CRG Residential, Tim was responsible for millions of dollars’ worth of new construction in the Indianapolis region.

Grant Chapman
Grant Chapman serves as the Director of Legal & Partnerships, helping to cultivate the firm’s approach to equity markets and joint venture relationships for the development of multifamily and mixed-use commercial real estate projects and to oversee the company’s legal affairs. Prior to joining CRG Residential, Grant was the Vice President of Investments and General Counsel for Old Town Companies and previously served as Counsel for Scannell Properties.

Cindy Treaster
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Cindy Treaster focuses on the management of employee resources, hiring process, and organizational development as the Director of Human Resources at CRG Residential. With years of experience, Cindy successfully coordinates the full employee life cycle needs, from onboarding to retirement. Cindy joined CRG Residential in 2006.

Leah Wolff
SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
Leah Wolff leads the marketing efforts of CRG Residential and has been an asset in supporting the National Sales Director in growing and promoting the organization’s brand. Leah utilizes her background in property management and event planning to organize and execute networking opportunities and tradeshows to connect with new and existing relationships. Leah also drives CRG Residential’s community outreach programs.

Carol Powaga
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Carol Powaga heads the development of client relationships for CRG Residential in the Chicagoland market. Carol’s background in environmental construction, building management, maintenance, and parking has created a successful platform in her sales efforts to bring in new clients for the Exteriors and Redevelopment divisions.

Andrew Browning
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Andrew Browning comes to CRG from Renu Management where he was responsible for all accounting and financial reporting activities for a portfolio of over 7,500 single-family rental properties. Before his tenure at Renu, Browning spent seven years at Katz Sapper Miller in various roles with the firm. In his new position at CRG, Andrew will lead the day-to-day accounting and finance functions, administration, risk management, taxation, and compliance. Browning earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is a certified public accountant.
