CRG Residential has completed the renovation of the 406 units at Silver Oaks Apartments in Clarkston, GA. The project was funded with the help of 4% tax credits issued by Dekalb County and the State of Georgia. The funding allowed for the entire property to be updated to remain compliant with the housing choice program. CRG renovations crews delivered a single source solution for the client. Interiors crews completely renovated the units including energy efficiency, new cabinets, countertops, LED lighting packages, flooring, and more. CRG crews also completed exterior upgrades including new fiber cement siding, windows, doors, decks, and shingles. Amenity areas received new flooring, paint, and signage.

This renovation preserved much-needed affordable housing in the fast growing Decatur/Avondale area of DeKalb County East of Atlanta.
