CRG worked closely with the new owner of 700 SoHo to design a scope and 2.5 month schedule that would maximize the renovation budget and provide 122 renovated units in time for Western Michigan’s fall semester. The 3-a-day rapid renovation included: full unit paint, new kitchen cabinets and hardware, granite counter tops, sink and faucet, new light fixtures, and LVT flooring in kitchen, living room, laundry, bathrooms and hallways.
