Construction in Westfield, IN is coming along! Foundation for the twelve apartment buildings has been poured. So far two buildings have been framed with the third starting next week. This development will be the home to 290 luxury apartments and will be a welcome addition to the fast growing Westfield area in late 2021. Spring Mill Flats will be the fourth project developed and owned by CRG Residential.
