DALLAS, Tex. – CRG Residential is excited to introduce Julie Thetford as the new Client Relationship Manager in the Dallas office. In this new role, she will be responsible for growing CRG’s book of business in Texas as well as maintaining current relationships. With over 16 years of experience in multifamily, Julie will be a valuable asset to the Sales team led by Jeff Eynon and their efforts to grow CRG Residential into one of the nation’s top multifamily general contractors.
In 2022, CRG Residential was the number one occupied apartment renovator in the state of Texas utilizing their RAPID three unit a day program. This new office location in Dallas marks CRG Residential’s fifth location in the US, adding to Grand Rapids, Chicago, DC, and Carmel, which is currently undergoing a large expansion that will add at least 20 new offices and training facilities to the CRG headquarters.
