The Marcum is a luxury mixed-use community with a prominent river-side location in downtown Hamilton, OH. Constructed in less than a year and a half from Summer 2017-Fall 2018, The Marcum contains 103 apartments with 11,000 square feet of retail space. The apartment building is accessible with key fob entrances and has 34 detached garage spaces for residents. The apartments feature granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, transition lighting, LVT flooring and full size laundry rooms. Residents can also find a roof terrace with indoor and outdoor features, overlooking the new city park and amphitheater.
