Spring Mill Flats will be the newest addition to Westfield, IN, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the United States. The community will have 290 apartment homes and 50,000 square feet of common area. The residents will also have 316 parking spaces as well as 66 tuck-under garages. CRG Residential is acting as a developer and general contractor for the $33.3 million endeavor that will be the home to twelve new apartment buildings on the southwest corner of 161st St. and Spring Mill Road.
