CRG Residential has begun work in Ann Arbor, MI at Spice Tree Apartments. The community is receiving an exterior renovation on 10 buildings this winter. New vinyl siding is currently replacing the previous alpine, wooden surface and new gutters are also being installed. Work is projected to finish up towards the end of March.
The new vinyl siding will make this a maintenance-free exterior property for decades to come because there will be no paintable trim to keep up with.
