CRG Residential is wrapping up work at Pines of Edgewater in Chicago, IL. The Redevelopment team was tasked with replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, bathroom vanities, medicine cabinets, and plumbing fixtures in all 217 units. Using the R.A.P.I.D. Occupied Method, the crew renovated three occupied apartments a day, so as to not displace residents.
Since the apartments are in multiple mid-rise buildings on the north side of Chicago, it created unique challenges for material storage and staging, as well as navigating the narrow parked city streets and alleyways.
