and is home to 329 luxury apartments, 18 for-sale condos, a parking garage with 356 spaces, and 18,000 square feet of retail space. This is a public-private partnership between CRG Residential, Great Lakes Capital, and the City of Greenwood. The Madison is also surrounded by the newly renovated Greenwood Recreation Center. The project broke ground in November 2021.
