Northwood on the Trail was a complete interior and exterior renovation project.

Using a modified occupied renovation method, the interiors of each two-story apartment were updated with modern finishes, including new appliances, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and flooring. Exterior improvements across all 18 apartment buildings included upgraded entry doors and windows, fresh paint, and refreshed decks, gates, and railings.
