WEST POINT PLAZA

CRG Residential completed the complete interior rehabilitation of West Point Plaza in 2022. West Point Plaza is a senior living high-rise property on the west side of Chicago, IL. Using the RAPID Occupied Method, CRG renovated three units a day to help the client maintain occupancy and keep the senior residents in their homes. The kitchens and bathrooms both received new vinyl flooring, LED lighting fixtures, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and granite countertops. The crews were able to complete the 200 units in four months.
