CRG’s exterior division was tasked late in the year to re-roof 20 buildings before the end of the season. A crew of 28 workers was assembled to complete the project in 60 days. The scope included the tear-off of a single layer of shingles and installation of new dimensional shingles, new trim at all the siding-to-roof transitions, and the removal of problematic faux chimneys on 15 of the 20 buildings.
