The View at Shelby Farms recently underwent renovation on their 746 apartments. Using occupied redevelopment method RAPID, CRG Residential updated the property in 7 months, from December 2018-July 2019. The updates include new granite countertops, black kitchen appliances, vinyl plank flooring in bathrooms and kitchens, and new light fixture packages.
