This $50 million development is a partnership between CRG Residential, Tegethoff Development, and Great Lakes Capital. It will hold 295 luxury apartments for rent, 8 for-sale condos, and almost 15,000 square feet of retail space. The community will also have a 381-space 4-level parking garage with direct access to the building. Resort-style amenities including cycling studios, outdoor turf, pool cabanas, and an enclosed dog park will also be featured at The Signature. This project broke ground in August 2021 and is expected to finish in the fall of 2023.
