THE PASSAGE

CRG Residential is the contractor for The Passage, a single building development in Indianapolis. The 39-unit project will be an integrated affordable housing property, with 20% of the units dedicated to section 8 housing as part of the Moving Forward Program launched in 2015 to ensure quality living for low-income families. The community will also have an integrated career center with training opportunities as well as full amenities.
