THE MADISON

The Madison is a new development in Greenwood, IN that will be the home to 297 luxury apartments, 20 for-sale townhomes, 42 for-sale condos, and 12,000 square feet of retail space. This is a public-private partnership between CRG Residential, Great Lakes Capital, and the City of Greenwood. The development has also included the rehabilitation of the community center accessible to the public. The project broke ground in November 2021.
