THE MADISON

The Madison is a new development in Greenwood, IN is home to 329 luxury apartments, 18 for-sale condos, a parking garage with 356 spaces, and 18,000 square feet of retail space. This is a public-private partnership between CRG Residential, Great Lakes Capital, and the City of Greenwood. The development has also included the rehabilitation of the community center accessible to the public. The project broke ground in November 2021.
