THE FLATS AT STONES CROSSING

The Flats at Stones Crossing is a garden-style community with luxury one, two, and three-bedroom units and is located in the booming heart of Greenwood, IN. The development will be a feature of Swartz Crossing, a new walkable shopping and living community that will includes the premium apartments, Franciscan Health, and various restaurants in the area. Top-of-the-line amenities include a heated saltwater pool, multiple fitness rooms, and a business center with meeting rooms. Tuck-under garages will also be featured for easy access to the apartments. The project broke ground in late 2021 and is now leasing for 2023.
