THE FLATS AT SPRING MILL Station

The Flats at Spring Mill Station is a new luxury community in Westfield, IN. There are 12 buildings with 290 apartment homes and 66 tuck-under garages. Including amenity features such as key-fob entry with automatic locks, three workout facilities, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a saltwater pool. The Flats brings premium living to the booming city of Westfield. With its location, the community is near a shopping center and conveniently next to the Monon Trail, providing miles of walking and biking space. This $33.3 million development is owned by CRG Residential. The project broke ground in May 2020 and hosted its grand opening in November 2021.
