Located in downtown Terre Haute, IN, The Deming sits directly across from the campus of Indiana State University. CRG was contracted to give new life to the 100+ year old hotel and transform it into a much needed housing option for ISU students. The rehabilitation involved dividing the building into studios and one and two bedroom apartments complete with stainless steel appliances, polished concrete floors, modern kitchen layouts and updated bathrooms. Residents enjoy the convenience of onsite fitness center, media room, indoor bike storage, and laundry facility.
