The Cunningham is a public-private partnership between CRG Residential, Great Lakes Capital, and the city of West Des Moines. The 199 luxury apartments will be anchored by Iowa’s first Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, located on the first floor of the pedestal apartment building.
