CRG was selected as the GC for the new construction phase of the revitalization of Bush Stadium in downtown Indianapolis, IN. Located in the 16 Tech technology park, residents have access to pedestrian paths to the IUPUI campus and downtown shopping and restaurants. The industrial-inspired apartments include polished concrete floors, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a full size washer and dryer in every unit.
