RIVER POINT WEST

River Point West is the newest mixed-use development in the River District in Elkhart, IN. With 173 luxury units and first-floor retail space, the community sits on the water providing a walkable development for the growing Elkhart area. Construction begain in 2019 and the first residents moved in late 2020.
