Overlook at Riverdale is a luxury student housing community built to appeal to upperclassmen and grad students at Marian University. CRG adhered to an aggressive 12 month schedule to have the apartments ready for the fall semester. All of the units offer high-end kitchens with granite counter tops and breakfast bars, ample cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Every apartment features in-unit washer and dryer and a private bathroom for each bedroom. Students can choose from 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans and enjoy amenities such as private study lounges and a fully-equipped fitness center.
