Northwood on the Trail was a complete interior and exterior renovation project. Using a modified RAPID Occupied Renovation method, the interiors of each two-story apartment were upgraded to feature stainless steel appliance, new cabinets, granite countertops, LED lighting, and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The exterior of all 18 apartment buildings received new entry doors, windows, fresh paint, decks, gates, and rails. All work was done in conjunction with 4% tax credits issued by ICHDA.
