Nickel Plate Station

Nickel Plate Station is a new development in downtown Fishers, IN. The two buildings contain 237 luxury apartments, 8 townhomes, and over 10,500SF of retail space. This mixed-use community is a public-private partnership between the City of Fishers, CRG Residential, and Browning Developments. Along with the new living space, the development also contains a 337-space parking garage that is open to the public. Nickel Plate Station is built along the old train tracks that are being developed into a walking trail that will lead all the way to the fairgrounds, providing miles of public amenity. The project broke ground in the spring of 2020 and the first residents moved in in winter of 2022.
