MAGNOLIA COURT

Magnolia Court was a complete interior and exterior renovation. The community was built in 1973 and last renovated in 1991. CRG Residential began renovations in the summer of 2019 and finished the project in early 2021. Interior renovations were a full gut of existing apartment buildings, including all mechanical and underground utilities. All 192 apartments received new granite countertops, kitchen appliances, LED lighting, and vinyl flooring. New roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors were renovated on the exterior of all 27 buildings. The common areas of the community including the clubhouse also went through renovation to match the new units.
