CRG put into motion a 12 month rapid occupied renovation that delivered 3 completed units daily. Tenants came back to virtually new apartments featuring all new cabinets, granite counter tops, light fixtures, wood-like plank flooring and appliances. The interior renovation extended to all common areas and an elaborate club house redesign. CRG’s exteriors crews worked parallel to the interiors group to tear off and re-roof all 45 buildings and install new James Hardie siding.
