HAYDEN FLATS AT HALEY FARMS

Hayden Flats at Haley Farms is a development project from CRG Residential and Great Lakes Capital in Bloomington, IN. The 298-market rate apartments will be garden-style near Indiana University. The community will have luxury amenities including heated saltwater pool, fitness center, and business center. The project broke ground in April 2022 and is expected to begin delivering units in 2023.
