Featured Project

GrandView Flats & Townhomes in Mishawaka, IN is opening in three phases, with the second phase completed in 2020. This addition to the community adds 178 apartments, 25,600 square feet of retail, and amenities such as indoor parking, pet spa, and elevators. CRG completed Phase I of the project in 2016 and is looking ahead to finish Phase III in the coming years. See more about the project HERE.
