CRG was awarded this extensive exterior rehab to give the aged property a complete facelift to better compete in the market. All 46 buildings received new roofs (shingle and EPDM), gutters and downspouts, fiber cement siding and trim, windows, patio doors, decks and railing, and new paint throughout the complex. In addition, existing mansards were removed and replaced with pitched roofs to give the complex a more modern design.
