EMMITT

The Emmitt Luxury Apartments were fully renovated in the summer of 2022. They received new kitchen and bathroom appliances, backsplash, vinyl plank flooring, LED lighting packages, cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Crews were able to renovate up to 6 units/day. They also replaced blinds and doors while in the units.
