CONCORD COMMONS & WOODLAKE VILLAGE
CRG was tasked with renovating 852 units of obsolete housing stock in Gary, IN in to much needed affordable housing. Our redevelopment team worked closely with the owners during pre-construction to make sure the scopes met the many requirements of Tax Credits and HUD financing. This rapid occupied renovation included all new finishes and appliances, with crews renovating as many as 6 units per day. CRG exteriors simultaneously performed much needed upgrades and repairs to siding, roofing and windows throughout both properties.
