CRG Residential recently completed the renovation of 307 apartments at the Carriage House of Evansville Apartments. The work was done with the assistance of new 4% tax credits and was the first-ever Fannie Mae M.TEB funding in the State of Indiana on behalf of the Gene B. Glick Company. The interior renovation was completed in 2019 and took a total of 6 months, spending about 3 days on each unit. In order to condense the construction schedule, CRG used their occupied redevelopment program: RAPID, starting on 3+ apartments each day. Apartment updates at Carriage House Evansville include granite countertops, new plumbing and tub fixtures, HVAC systems, and new flooring throughout the apartment. Exteriors updates included new roofs, decks, and siding.
