Birch Apartment Homes were fully renovated in the winter of 2022. They received new kitchen and bathroom appliances, backsplash, vinyl plank flooring, LED lighting packages, and stainless steel appliances. New cabinets were installed in a modern gray to compliment the appliances and add a polished look to the interior of the property. Crews were able to renovate up to 4 units/day. They also replaced blinds and doors while in the units.
