CRG performed a large scale exterior renovation on the apartment community to help the owners address a long list of capital improvement needs. In total, our exteriors division replaced the following in approximately 20 weeks: 1,200 windows, 375 entry doors, 9 roofs, all gutters and various roofing, siding, and basement wall repairs.
