This 454 unit property received a full scale exteriors renovation by CRG’s in-house exteriors professionals. Vinyl siding was replaced with James Hardie lap siding and trim hung with Hardie shake highlights to give more dimension to the buildings. All 54 buildings received new windows, deck rails, and decorative screen fencing around AC units.
