In just four months, CRG updated the interiors of Arbors at Wolf Pen Creek in College Station, TX. Upgrades included cabinets, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, new kitchen and vanity sinks, new faucets, LED lighting packages, interior door replacements with hardware, bath accessories and mirrors. The RAPID Occupied Renovation method structured the renovations to complete three apartments a day, to not disrupt the students who live at the property.
