CRG Residential was selected in 2012 by the Indianapolis Housing Authority to remove 68 existing housing units and construct 155 new affordable homes featuring an innovative design built with sustainable building materials and technologies. Some of the features include green roof technology and energy efficient tankless water heaters and furnaces.
