CRG Residential is excited to announce internal growth in our Pre-Construction department with the promotion of Chandler Roberts. Roberts began his career with CRG Residential in 2019 as an estimator for new construction and is now heading up the estimating efforts as the Senior Estimator and Designer. In his tenure with CRG, Roberts has proven to be invaluable in the success of the estimating team with his work on civil layouts and critical initial budgets. He has been a key component to completing over $300M worth of new construction projects in the Midwest.
As the Senior Estimator and Designer, Roberts will focus on complex mixed-use projects. With his expertise in site layouts, he will continue to assist the Development team in conceptual layouts using his knowledge of efficiencies and desire to retain natural site conditions for great tenant experiences.
