CRG Residential is honored to have been selected by Scannell Properties as the general contractor for Post House, a $40 million mixed use development in downtown Evansville, IN. Post House will create a research hub for smart energy products while simultaneously enhancing the livability and vibrancy of Evansville’s downtown corridor. The project broke ground early August 2019 and will be completed early 2020.
