CRG Residential recently acquired 98 acres at the northwest corner of 96th Street and Allisonville in Fishers, IN. Partnering with the City of Fishers, CRG Residential plans to build a $98M mixed-use development that will include 380 luxury apartments, 66 for-sale townhomes, and 35,000 square feet of retail space. In addition to the new residential homes, the remaining acres will be kept as a public park with miles of trails for biking and walking along the White River. CRG Residential will also be donating land to reconstruct the Michigan Left at the intersection of 96th & Allisonville into a roundabout.
