CRG Residential is a great company, based out of Carmel, Indiana, with continuing career growth opportunities across the Midwest!
This position is responsible for taking the lead role in CRG’s Redevelopment estimating with any and all tasks related to the preparation for and execution of Multifamily renovation, redevelopment and/or new construction.
Special Skills
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects, while maintaining project budgets, prioritizing effectively, and recognizing/addressing work related issues as they occur
Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Bluebeam and Holobuilder software, along with Word, Excel, Outlook, Plan Swift, iSqFt, bid management, online plan rooms, and database applications
Responsibilities
Take the lead in the estimating of renovation projects by doing take offs, piece counts and/or contacting and soliciting bids from subcontractors and vendors
Research general contractor licensing requirements
Assist with building permit applications and procurement
Assist with project set up
Must be able to work in a team environment
Read and comprehend blueprints and shop drawings
