CRG Residential is a great company, based out of Carmel, Indiana, with continuing career growth opportunities across the Midwest! We are a multifamily construction company, who is now hiring for Assistant Superintendents to oversee construction projects across the Midwest.
The purpose of this position is to coordinate all construction activities and supervise all field personnel as required to successfully complete the construction projects on schedule and within budget ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and industrial standards.
Physical functions include being able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach, lift, pull, push, balance, crouch, crawl, kneel, and lift or carry weight up to 75 pounds. May be exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, chemical hazards, respiratory hazards, cold weather, and hot weather. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.
Responsibilities
Daily operation and management of CRG Residential projects
Maintaining an organized job site, including the construction office/trailer
Responsible for the inventory and unloading of all construction material
Track and document the daily manpower of subcontractors working on the construction site
Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process
Promote and ensure job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately
Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other colleagues
Supervise completion of final punch lists for timely building turnover
