Jamestown Square Undergoes Upgrade

CRG Residential has begun a top-to-bottom transformation at Jamestown Square Apartments in Washington, IN. The renovations being performed are funded in part by 4% tax credits issued through IHCDA.  CRG is utilizing its RAPID Occupied Renovations program to deliver three completed units a day.  Apartment upgrades include new granite counter tops, vinyl plank flooring, new cabinetry, LED lighting, full repaint, and HVAC upgrades. The interior renovations began on Monday, June 15th and they are progressing quickly through the 194 apartments. Utilizing RAPID, CRG is projected to complete the updates on September 29th.  Exteriors upgrades will include new roofs, gutters, doors, siding, and windows on all eleven buildings.

With new sanitary and safety protocols in place, all construction crew members must have their temperature taken and logged before entering apartments as well as using N95 masks and gloves inside. Hand washing stations have been placed at work sites and hospital-grade disinfectant is being used daily in the residents’ homes. CRG Residential will continue to follow these guidelines moving forward in accordance with state, HUD, and CDC regulations.
