That means beyond providing payment and performance guaranties that may be required as part of construction financing, we also shoulder significant equity risk in each project. Therefore, each project gets the full attention of the leadership team through each stage of development, construction, and lease-up. In addition, our disciplined financial approach and deep relationships with lenders allows for efficient capitalization and flexibility across market cycles enabling CRG to navigate complex financing environments and execute even the most complex developments with speed and certainty.
