CRG Residential is in Westerville, OH completing a R.A.P.I.D. Occupied Renovation at Fairway Lakes Apartments. All 340 units are receiving new kitchen appliances, cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel sinks, bathroom vanities, and backsplash.
Utilizing the R.A.P.I.D method, CRG Residential is completing three units per day and will have completed the entire property in under six months. The community upgrade will allow for the client to stay competitive in their submarket while driving rents without any vacancy loss.
