CRG Residential and Great Lakes Capital have partnered to develop a new community in West Des Moines, IA. The development will house the first Ruth’s Chris Steak House in the state of Iowa in a 15,000 square foot building attached to 199 luxury apartments.
Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2021.
